We are thrilled to announce that Grabcessories was award dual honors, receiving both the Gold and Silver Innovation Awards at the 2016 IIDEXCanada National and Design Architecture Exposition & Conference.
Gold Award
The first Innovation Award we received was a Gold award for our Grab Bar Towel Bar combo. This grab bar prevents falls in a key “fall risk” zone area of the bathroom. The bar allows a person who is hanging or retrieving a towel to hold on to something and steady themselves.
The grab bar towel bar is made of non-corrosive Stainless Steel and has no-slip Rubber Grips, a Polished Chrome finish and holds up to 500 lbs.
Silver Award
The second Innovation Award was a Silver for the Grabcessories 2-in-1 Grab Bar Toilet Paper Holder. Again, this grab bar prevents falls and enhances independent living for all ages, with the added convenience of holding toilet paper.
Beautifully and thoughtfully designed, it helps ensure safer mobility in a key “fall risk” zone of the bathroom (elevating & declining from seated position). Made from non-corrosive Stainless Steel Grab Bar, with no-slip Rubber Grips, a Polished Chrome finish and holds up to 500 lbs.
